My first K2C. Was awesome. The elite bunch was super fast, especially on those downhills (nvm the uphills haha). First time ever cramping, don't think my training was enough for that distance! Very fun and fast race. Cool vibe too! "Hou bene hou"

Personally I think it is caused by stress, anxiety. And then also Adrenal Fatigue (google it, most of us have it without knowing and really not easy to get rid of) I recommend drinking herbs to help calm your nerves such as Ashwaganda or Valerian(non-pharmaceuticals). Solal also brings out a herbal remedy called Burn-out, it is not cheap but I have been taking it(although I don't have RLS, I do have adrenal fatigue) and i think it works wonders. Edit: I stay away from Pharmaceuticals as much as I possibly can!

CWC Suplest shoes. Biggest thing IMO(in this price range) is the material it is made out of, a lot of the cheaper shoes soak up really bad and then can take like 2 days to dry (when it is really wet...)

Very nice race. The profile made those hills look so much worse haha. The A bunch pace was super intense! Punctured on the railway @ 60km Had a very nice time, good opener to the season!
