    As someone who has read Joel Friels books on training and uses WKO+, will the talk still be informative? Will it be the basics of power training, or more indepth and focus on analyses etc.

    I don't think peopl hate us because these few riders made them wait 1 - 5 minutes. Haters gonna hate! I'd rather make people wait than try squeeze past (not 1m...) and stand a chance of clipping me.

    Been off the bike for 2 weeks due to Bronchitis. Havn't been this sick for long!! K2C prep out the window! Oh well, lets hope I'll be good for roadie season in Oct.

    Seeing as SRAM is releasing their electronic groupset soon, it is clear that they believe electronic is the way forward... You'd be going backwards by getting a mechanical groupset :whistling:

    Tried it in a race a few weeks ago. Didn't really enjoy the gels (I prefer a GU kind of gel). I had a good race so not gonna say its bad but prefer other brands. The energy drink wasn't bad. Didn't use the one with added caffeine though.
