1. Van Gaalen - I have not seen enough to give much detail. But from the 20km I have done there its good fun! 2. Thaba Trails - Havnt been to thaba 3. Modderfontein - nice place that only gets better each time I go there. Not technical but you can get +/- 35km in without Doug laps of the same tails. 4. Groenkloof - nice single track with plenty rocky technical bits, I always seem to get +/- 14km out of one loop so you'll have to do a few loops. That being said you won't mind doing a few loops because its fun.

Are any of you guys bling-ing up your bikes for tomorrow night?

I might be keen to join you guys, what time are you meeting at "the sign", will you guys everyone stick together from start to finish (I am lead to believe there is pizza and beer involved half way)?

After spending R1500 on repairing my bike from hill2hill (which was next months grocery money) I am not only too broke to afford race entry but not keen on riding in those conditions as much fun that it is! Rather the bike lives to ride another day!

I have planned a camping weekend 10 to 15km from VG, If the sweet talking goes well im in for the 50km as well! If not ill be doing the 15km with the mrs's.

Dam! I hope more of these events are arranged as my bike has gone in for repairs (she is recovering from hill2hill).

Nope, almost new pads with no more than 150km on them! 5 out of the 5 of us in our group had no brakes before the 20km mark.
