Sounds like they need to talk to their web developer, or maybe there is poor planning issue with stock being depleted via another sales channel that does not update the online inventory. Either way, I don't think it's a direct reflection on the high standard of customer service at CWC, probably just a technical or business planning problem to be resolved.
