  1. Dale we are all just trying to get common sense into the heads of the cyclists with common sense. [emoji6]
  2. But I've got a very nice mincer up front.
  3. Your points are all valid, all I'm hoping for is for at least one of these cyclists of the mentioned group in my case to read this and act positively on it. Cyclists are being bumped if their bikes, ridden over or just simply crashed into because we as cyclists are to self centred to think. No hard feelings towards anyone, I'm only trying from my side, to create a little awareness. And I don't own a Fortuner, I've got a Mahindra [emoji1787][emoji1787]
  4. Like every year this time I only cycle inside the park, taking campers to their sites, doing my runs through the park etc, I'm way too busy to cycle out of Groot Brak for some decent training. But, here is why I've put my home town in. My wife leave for work at around 07h00 every day, today there was a whole group of roadies cycling through Groot Brak (I've got no idea who they are or from where) but all cycling in one lekker bunch, 6 next to each other at some places in the bunch. Everyone knows the general feeling of motorists towards cyclists, so what I'd really like to know is, why o why do cyclists do this, why are they cycling next to each other? I would really like to understand the idea of cycling next to each other and why pi$$ motorists off in doing this? We as cyclist must stop being so selfish and start thinking about motorists as well and do the right thing, single freaking line! Please advise me if I'm wrong in the way I see it?

Thanks for the advice, will definitely have a look at it. I found it quite unique for a I10 to have a towbar fitted. Will definitely have a look when we get the car.

So as the kids get older and mr second born is finishing his Matric exams we decided it's time for something newer, better and lighter on fuel than the 1984 Suzuki SJ410. Got a well looked after, fsh, low km 2015 Hyundai Grand I10 on a private for R10000 below retail value.
  21. I did a 6 month intro diesel mec course after school. Was the best thing I could have done. Helped me so many times and now I do most of the minor repairs on my trucks and vehicles as well and I grew up on a farm and farmed on my own for 18 months. My parents owned a garage with a workshop and I loved hanging around in the workshop after school.

  25. Can't wait for 14 November, hopefully I'll be singing "Freedom" once this moonboot is removed. I need to get my bum on a saddle again. 6 weeks after the fusion was done on the foot bones. Dr said 8 weeks but hopefully I'll get some discount.
