    That's pretty tuff.. As soon as I sit, my legs go stiff and takes forever to warm up again. But would like to try it someday.looks like alot of fun.

    Buy a TRX. It helps a lot with strength and balance. And its cheaper than going to the gym.

    Also remember, the team that wins the Championship, never wins the World Cup. . Bokke played ok, Argentina was absolutely terrible.

    Thanks Jaws. Def wasn't my month. Struggled a lot with my asthma. After seeing a ENT Specialist, he diagnosed me with GERD. So that made my asthma even worse. But after adjusting my diet ( Cutting out all my spicy food, caffeine, Chocolate, sugars, citrus etc), it does feel so much better, and i can finally breath normally when i exercise. But now my food taste bland . So i will just write this month off as a dud.

    That was the worst AB Performance i can remember. Knock on's galore. I wont be to confident. They will def be 100 times better when the WC starts.

    So my comeback race after a looong lay-off with my broken foot would've been the Skukuza 21km on the 3rd of August. This one lady in town had promised me her number because she's not going. But now all of a sudden its not available anymore. . So pissed with her.. And there's not a whole lot of other races in August in and around my area. Will be a bit of a waste driving to Joburg just for a 21km race

    Or Maybe he will be like Gerda this year, start fast and keep the pace up, so that all the other contenders have to change their gameplan. Don't think anyone will like that, and that will maybe unsettle alot of the big names. Will be awesome to watch it unfold.

    Has anyone done a "Vocal Cord Disorder test" before? I'm scheduled to see a ENT Specialist on Friday Morning to hopefully do a VCD Test. Struggling a lot with breathing while running.

    Unfortunately I've had it my whole life. But there must be something in the air this year. 2nd time in 2 Months I went back to the doc with my Asthma

    Anybody else struggling with their Asthma this winter like myself. Jeez, its been a struggle since the winter started.

    About 4 weeks ago, I had to extract my Root Canal Tooth, because it keeps on forming abscesses at the root. So after the extraction, I was on Antibiotics for 7 days, but now it seems every 2 weeks I keep on getting like a cold for about 2 days, then its gone. I go about my training again, but after 2 weeks bam, again.. So gatvol. I do take extra Vitamins and 2000mg Vit C everyday.
