MDK, the last 2 races me and Chilli was sitting in this bunch where a mixed tandem had those Q rings on. The lady (stoker) looked as if she was swinging from side to side on her saddle. I take it this is from her saddle being too high (which it didn't really look to be) and not from the Q rings?

Always willing to help!!!! Here's a good one, don't ride tandem if you afraid of downhills / fast corners!!! you'll most probably end up with a severe case of permanent nausea!!!
I think I'm gonna start having nightmares again.... Now that I think about it, No I'm not gonna have nightmares. If you wanna do something stupid as ride that close to a car / hold onto / push yourself away from the car... then you just have to accept that your taking a VERY big chance!!! Some I know once said 'Die wat vir k@k soek, word min teleurgestel' roughly translated to: if your looking for sh!t, you'll most probably find it!!!

It's always those last 2 kg's that you struggle to lose!!! I see everyone wants to lose one or two last kg's..... Why are we never satisfied - lose those last 2 kg's and then you'll still want to lose just one more, and then just another one....
Yes - was tough, but not as bad as on the 56km's the following day!!!! I did actually fall over then!!!! hahahaha. I officially had my first ego crash, - struggled to get myself out of the mud, it was so deep!
