I inject a black bottle called pucture free into my tubes. carried me through 3 epics with 1 puncture in each(pinch flats) they work, just not for pinch flat/snakebite have got a slime tube in the back of my wheel at the moment no puncture yet

Did 2005, 2006 and 2009. New format sucks, lost a big touch they had less logistics and the basins didn't even work on day one. but its all in the name of making money. I worked at the cape Pioneer the past week, you can defintely see what you paid for on the epic. The epic is just a lot more glits and glam. And yes there are a smack load of people on the epic that dont have a lot of bike skills.

Not sure the weight is going to be the same or a couple of grams heavier went with a heavier rim than what i wanted(didnt have the ones I wanted in 32 hole) and went for brass nipples rahter than aluminium ones. Ya I have been hearing it bout the saddle. last one of ots type Icould find locally so didnt really have a option on the colour. I did the the lacing on the wheels as well as the initial tensioning. Ant did the final finishing. Wheels turned out heavier than expected but thats life.

the two sets of strokers that I have see was giving problems( the brake looks cool) then my experiece with the hayes sole and hayes nine brakes has not been well

Riding elixers and modulation is awesome. found that the lever adjust on mine is not for people with big hands though, unless there is anotjer way you can set that.

How much travel do you have in the front 100mm? if find out if it is possible to change the fork to 20mm some forks will be able to

search pudundel nerve(not sure of the spelling. Saddle angle also plays a role as well as shape.

I wouldnt mind the BMW what year were those? Funny thing is the one bike has rear suspension but not a thing upfront

Personally I dont like carbon on a fork. . lower are not to bad not on steerers or crowns. My fisrt thing to look on a fork is not the eight but the performance. During 2008 epic a lot of the dt forks packed up due to fine dust clogged the seals. They are very high maintenance. I think the fork has something like 5cc of oil in easch leg. I would rather go that 150grams heavier to a fork that is going to perform betteren make my ride more enjoyable. the more oil the better the lubrication, a liitle less maintance and I thing more durable for the life of the fork.
