  5. the spacer is going to be the easiets way to stiffen them up. check out the oillevels on the marzocchi website this should also be a bit of help.

  7. The geometry is also different the seat tube angle on a racer is around 23 degrees and a timetrial bike around 78 degrees. the front end might be lower as well.

  14. Orthotics for flat feet? Surely a foot pump would work better. Refrase Pes planus? Pes cavus?

  16. Once again just check the pressures you are riding I went with the sunringle EQ25 rims since I ride my tires 2,8 bar which is to close to the limit for my liking on the stans rims
