  1. It will take a bit longer than today
  2. Lumpy route - never flat. Liked it
  3. It appears I can not do live racing. I just did tmrw's ride. Lumpy. Nice video - download before if you want to use it. I will watch with interest.
  4. Man it is going to be one way traffic. My plan is to hold back for a while Darren thinks he is with a chance and the to sprint away...
  5. You know clever clowns. He was right. You want your grippiest tyre up front.
  6. Arch EX not on the list. Great for heavier riders. I am 90+ No problems
  7. I dont get the pics posted but tmrw I will finalise a Scott Big Ed Fatbike (I hope).http://www.ride.ch/site/images/02_news/2014/Scott/Big_Ed_Close_up_Image_2015_BIKE_SCOTT_Sports_1.jpeg
  8. Looks like a very close copy of the Thule adapter.
  9. You gotta like the look.
  10. I will support but need different sizes - I use it on a S/S. And colours
  11. Maybe he can still get in for Tour de Tuli. It will blow his mind. Good exchange rate too.
  12. OK. Well played. I am just jealous of your sub 3. Congrats
  13. How did he know about your 3h Argus?
  14. I missed my predicted 94.7 time by 30s (under) last year and my Argus time by 1min (over) this year. I predict 7-10min slower this year but only because I have done a lot more road cycling. The further back you go the more the extra climbing will get you. 3:00 will become 3:15 and 4:00 will become 4:30.
  15. Now it is a dual suspension bike...
  16. Mate you need to explain to her. TITS = Time In The Saddle. She obviously got you wrong.
  17. They dont even show the female part of big races. All about money.
  18. I remember in 2012 the guys walking early on Vodacom hill and blocking the route for everyone behind. Hope that changes. Sigh.
  19. This will now be much closer to (time wise) the Argus. Remember altitude. I like a few climbs early on to break up the bunch a bit. Also I like the punchy hills. 2 lapper planned but timing may become harder to get right. Worried about shambles at the MTB though.
  20. Yeah - that came out badly. Emphasis on PAY.
  21. Bloody Hell I am frustrated by this. I have been cut to size in many ways - but being shown the middle finger by a race that I planned to pay for...
  22. Exactly the same. I also sent an e-mail and phoned them. Still nothing. I cannot understand why it would close early. I wont ride without seeding - lots of singletrack. Maybe they are just too full? Leaves a bad taste though.
  23. I was with the Pretoria group for 2 years. I enjoyed the tents at the 94.7 MTB and road. Free hamburgers and shade. They always promised a bib in my size. Never got it. I dont like shorts - so I seldomly used it. I moved on.
