    Sadly I was only there in the PM. I doubt whether any explanation would make me happy if it was my daughter. Best advise - let it go! It will gnaw at you and nothing will change. Good on you for teaching your kids to cycle/ MTB.

    Rumour has it: Brandon S handed out waterbottles to the team. Got a R150k fine. I dont think it has been confirmed yet.

    Making the mistake is one thing (heat of the moment etc.). Talking BS afterwards (5m) etc. when you know there is footage - stupid or arrogant?

    rouxtjie may have done a few 9 day MTB races and may have done some of them with only one gear. He def. understands what can go wrong on a MTB.
