  7. A unicycle dropping a cyclist is not as far fetched as some would believe. It would have to be uphill though Downhill the Uni stands no chance. A good friend of mine has done the Mast Challenge on his Unicycle in 1hr dead. How many MTB'er that have ridden to the Mast in Tokai can claim to do it in 1hr ? Fwd to 3:36 to see the results of this year's Mast Challenge ...

  11. My problem is not that I don't know what I should be eating, as I mentioned I've followed many diets and have been to see dieticians. I understand that moderation is required and what healthy choices are. My problem is that I can't bring myself to do it ... again. I look at a pasta with a creamy sauce and go yuuuummm ... and I just want to eat it ... all .. because it tastes so damn good. Same with a pizza. Even if I'm full I just have to keep eating it. My brain is telling me to stop because I don't need to eat it, but I carry on because it tastes so good. I like good tasting food. The weight I lose usually takes a couple of years to come back, but it does come back. I like to tell myself it's because I've always been overweight, even as a kid .. but that is just an excuse I suppose. To give you an idea I weighed 65kg's when I was 13, 100kg's when I was 16. I need to get my head into the right space and make the change permanent ... So thanks for the advice and pointers, and the flames ... it's the food for thought that my brain requires
