Had a chat to Andre De Beer and SA's is definitely at Babbas, same route as with GN Champs of last year So we run on the dirt road most of the time

Speaking of this, is there a general rule of thumb of TT vs. roadbike setup? Saddle height the same or lower? say your roadbike is 72.5 CM from BB to seat, is there some general rule to apply on TT setup?

What they (GNT) told me in September this year that there is not enough time for them to organise Provincials for us. In Jan we have to apply to go to SA's Maybe after worlds there will be a GNT/CGT combined duathlon, but I doubt that it will happen. No comment, I have my opinion on GNT, but will keep it to myself

Look at having your LBS build you a set with ZTR crest rims. If your budget is tight, strip your current 26" wheelset and re-use those hubs on the crest rims to bring the cost down. Did Cape pioneer on mine and did not have any issues
