    Amazing work CJ! Did you develop the patterns yourself? Only just beginning myself with the hobby. Made 5 minimal wallets so far and one knife sheath. 2 wallets are usable and the sheath holds a knife, well sort of.. Hopefully I get better because I am really enjoying it even with the failures.

    As far as I know, galvanized metal creates toxic fumes if heated. Saw it somewhere on a knife making channel or something.

    That would have been awesome! But alas no, our loved ones can only be stretched that far before something snaps. We are flying into Durban tomorrow then we are doing a 6 day tour of from Underberg to Winterton with loads of unplanned beer stops. The last photo was from the shakedown cruise on Sunday.

    What stops the belt coming off on the front chainring? From the photos it looks like it might slip off in the inside or is this not a problem? Awesome allround builds Dangle.

    I had precisely the same experience at Somerset West CL. Took my bike in, got it back, tested in the parking lot and I was not a 100% happy. They dropped everything there and then to sort it out. I was actually surprised by the response. I did not want to make a big deal of it because it wasn't, but they took it very seriously. It seems that is the way they do business. The will definitely see me again.
