ok so my post was deleted. Firstly I'm a regular customer of both cycle lab and frits pienaar and I've stated my support of them in the past. I posted it after i overheard a joke that some of the staff there made. I firmly believe in the concept of innocent until proven guilty, on the Hub however that concept doesnt seem to exist. The two owners of these busineses are being fed to the dogs by allot of you, with only second hand information to your disposal. And its fine to rip them to shreds in other posts, but my post thats a pure joke gets deleted. Bunch of hypocrites you are

Just remember their companies support and provide for allot of honest and hardworking people. If they get heavily penalised their employees and customers will also suffer. Both of them have done allot for this sport, they both had a hand in the huge growth of cycling in South Africa. At the end of the day they are cyclist that became business people, so maybe the were a bit naive in what they did. I'll keep supporting Frits Pienaar cycles, I've always had friendly service there at an excellent price. Good luck to both of you Frits and Andrew, hope you guys come through this ok.

Just keep in mind that you body type determines to which type of exercise your body responds better. Your body might respond better to weight training so you'll have to incorporate some of that into your routine.
