in that last pic the shark (about 4m) slammed his tail against the cage, the whole boat shuddered. You could feel there's allot of power there, ha ha they guys in the cage shat themselves

I've dived with raggies too and belive me this is way cooler. Slowbee I also had a problem with them feeding the sharks, but they dont. They throw chum(bloody water) in the water to attract them to the boat, then they'll use a fish head on a rope to get it closer to the cage. The sharks are allready there in the area, they say that 1000's of people swim at gansbaai's beach every year and they've never had a attack there. This is about 300m from shore. They also say only the juveniles come this close to the boat. The older(and bigger) fish know by now that the boat is no food source so they ignore it

The government is trying to stop the import of cheap Chinese clothes thats busy ruining our own textile industry. Unfortunately you now get hammered if you buy specialised clothes form overseas. Stuff thats not manufactured locally wont have such a huge import duty, parts, frames, electronic gear ect...

Neither, Try Magnadoor. I got them on all the doors on my house. Everything is galvanised as standard (think thats a expensive option with the above two). They also got that slamlock, and they were cheaper than these above.

You'll have less maintanence on the Yeti suspension. I believe the Yeti will be better value for money. Having said that, I dont think either will be much better as they are both top of the range frames Go and test ride both and see which one talks to you (thats how i ended up with my Yeti)

**highjack on** speaking of nothern farms, my fiance and i saw a big rinkhals there on saturday morning. Was awesome, you rarely see snakes in the wild and to see such a big one very close to jhb was cool. So if you take your kids there just be on the lookout. **highjack off**

Megan Jaffray at Pace and Power has a shake called endurashake. That stuff works awesome. You drink it 30mins before you start. So no need to get up early to have a big brekkie 2-3hrs before you ride. Only thing that works for me, i never have that heavy feeling in my stomach. I use it for enduro motorbike races too and it works the best if you quickly need to get food into you body at the DSP's or in the pits, but cant stand eating anything solid (i also eat 2 table spoons of peanut butter with this)

the lighter bike is definately a huge improvement, but remember it helps allot if you lose a kg or 2 of body weight too (and much cheaper )

On the topic of sleep, you know how you sometimes get nightmares if you watch a horror movie just before you go to bed, and the dreams are more or less the same topic as the movie?? I had the opposite happen to me last night after watching Girls of the Playboy mansion before going to bed........my fiance couldnt understand why i woke up with such a big.......erm.......smile this morning.......
