  1. It is his trademark.
  2. Victor Matfield
  3. Racing Ralph Snake Skin for the win.
  4. Had this done the Tuesday before riding Barberton Ultra in Jan this year. Was an op on my tendon to remove a ganglion.
  5. I think it is called the samurai fold.
  6. I had one near fall but managed to keep the rubber side down. But the terrain never let off; rocks, sand, rocks, sand, marbles... Today showed me how rubbish my technical skills are, haha. Overall it was a jol and I was happy with my performance on the marathon and I managed my goal of a top 10 finish, 8th. My ego took over when I saw the "KOM 500m" sign, so I attacked and took the KOM for the marathon just to find out that there is no prize for it (only the Ultra guys.)
  7. Pfft. Go suck wheel behind miss Cervelo S5.
  8. If you're a premium user you can download the .gpx file from a persons ride, top right corner on the map if you're in the ride.
  9. Don't save and attach it, just right click on the gif in the browser and select "view image" (or something of a sort) and then copy the url that will end in .gif and use the "Image" function in the reply box.
  10. I'm in A, hoping for a top 10 finish after Sabie not going my way. (Didn't do Clarens)
  11. It's easy, your issue was that the url was "https" and not "http" and the url should be ...ube.com/watch?v=________ where the _____ is the video's code eg "2as-DSdoqzI". So don't use the the embed link that youtube gives you under "share". Link would look like this "http://www.youtube .com/watch?v= 2as-DSdoqzI" Then once you have the link, just paste it in the reply box.
  12. I couldn't find any Shimano pulleys online so I landed up getting SRAM pulleys. Although they are wider than the Shimano, they do work (the cage has a slightly larger gap between the plates now.) I just had to set the limit screws and 'tune' the RD and all is 100%.
  13. Sorry, wasn't comparing. Just showing that one side of the rear wheel is radially spoked.
  14. To show what you mean on the rear wheel. EDIT: although I see it is radially spoked on the drive side. Mavic Ksyrium SL wheel.
  15. Amazing what can be done. http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2013/06/11/article-2339919-1A4195D0000005DC-464_306x423.jpg
  16. Although slightly on the brown side, here is this mornings omelette. Filled with mozzarella, smoked chicken and mixed veg and mixed in with the egg is pepper, salt, garlic, ginger and a red salad onion. Yum.
  17. Make some Pistachio and I'll drive over to taste it for you.
  18. Talking about mayo, any of you have a recipe for some creamy mayo?
  19. We passed the leading ladies, well Amy and Yolande at about the 20k mark. They were actually the first two that we passed that made us realise that people had turned wrong. And then we just kept passing and passing, but when you pass one guy twice... At the end of the day when we realised that the results weren't going to be accurate, we wrote it off as a good training ride and carried on racing as we were. What time did you manage in the end?
  20. +1 on the gas stove. I thought I was going to go nuts little over a month ago when we went on holiday for 2 weeks and had to use an electric stove. I swear the food even tastes better on a gas stove.
