So when I swim in the pool I can swim very straight thanks to the line they painted at the bottom of the pool, however when I'm swimming in open water I don't pull extremely skew to the right so much so that i'm convinced if I did 40 strokes I'd swim in a complete circle. How can I fix this

Thanks trying to get hold of Chris at the moment, I've been doing a form of crossfit for over a year now but I need to find something closer to home as my current gym is close to where I used to work.

So I decided to be proactive and actually ask the guys at Northen Farms if they were aware of the bike being stolen and if they had any feedback on the situation. They replied that they heard nothing about it. If my bike was stolen I would of make sure the people running the place know that my bike has been stolen and I'm sure everyone would make a scene if this had to happen to them. The fact that the guy only reported it on Monday and Northen Farms doesn't even know about it makes me wonder.

Think what he is trying to say is that you might want to re-think your logic if you are going to avoid Northen farms just because 1 bike was stolen out of the 100s of people who ride there happily every weekend.

All you need to ride is a bike a helmet and a bib the rest is all optional and can be bought at a later stage!!!

I've always left my bike on my bike rack and never had any issues, but I don't think any body would want to steel my bike anyway

That is not good news, I always put my bike on my rack after a ride and then go and enjoy a bacon and egg roll. I've always felt it was a safe place to do this as they have guys (car guards) inside the car park looking out for this sort of thing. I wonder where exactly he parked

I bought a pair of Orca Tri shorts last year and it was worth the money, you swim, cycle and run in them.

If I remember correctly it was over 35 degrees last year, so I can imagine the run must of been a killer

There are a lot of more valid reasons to hate GS, he banged Minki and I never will Besides for that he is one of my favorite players and will be for a long time. I don't feel he really has a place in the ODI and T20 side anymore but he will still feature in the test squad as captain for some time
