Happy with my sub 3:30, after the ride from JHB to Durban.. absolutely incredible experience can recommend it to all, after the riding is 43 degrees on day 3 i have to say these were perfect riding conditions except the wind!

Checked yesterday looks like they have updated it with the all the Championship events as well from what i can see.

Not sure I'll be racing but i am sure i will enjoy the ride , i start the journey to Shova on Wednesday morning with a 4 day ride pretty excited..

Think they change the name of the race to Mudfest if it rains..

They penalize you the difference in time from the group you started in to the group you were meant to start in.

Rode B and have to say it was a massive group before the climb settled down nicely after the Climb, at 35km, was dropped by the fast guys but managed to find a nice group... finished with a 3:12, ended up getting stopped @ a cow crossing! lol race incident in Africa, respect to the gent on the MTB finishing in the group

Attacks Early could make it alot like Stage 2 in Corsica could be interesting

Cavendish may have won but I am sure even he appreciated the lead out from 30km out today...: there's a word... for this teamsaxo "owned" this stage spectacular to watch...

Design your kit with logo's go to a custom clothing manufacturer like Anatomic, they can assist in this, train train train... make sure you all have your CSA License, and pay your entry ( or the company can pay ) and then enjoy your race

Go look @ him sprinting next to Veelers when they alongside have a look @ the shoulder movement definitely suspect...when the touch. .. he put in a little more effort...

If you watch, the video from the front he definitely nudges Veelers, not cool... yes he was slowed down, but he could have really hurt alot of other riders. Maybe he should stick to his own teams wheel won't have a problem heck where were they..lol

This are great odds on Kreuzinger, can make some cash if you're lucky and he rides like a demon
