This is where I ended up largely due to the parts in my garage when I started the build. If I could do it all again I'd probably pick the same setup. Really happy with it.

You can, but opted not to? My comment was that they are struggling to sell entries because people aren't convinced it's worth the price. I've done all four so far and haven't entered for next year. Not sure yet if I will. Maybe we should start a TdC thread where we can complain about price and the offering without guesswork!

Seems Challenge, Vittoria, and Michelin are available locally these days.

Is this due to loss of elasticity or self-glueing to the tyre, or what. I understand latex inners inside tubulars have none of these issues and the issues users experience is due to not babying them properly during installation or storage. Interested to hear your thoughts.

First batch was also more gooye than normal, but I don't know which batch you tried. Something about the order of adding/mixing ingredients affects it. The latests ones are less viscous.

Also you get the carbon monoxide protocol in training... 🤫

Doing nationals in Feb was rough. Less oxygen + dirty air!
