and one final question: how does the tech and feed zone work for us normal peeps? I don't think i will be using the feed zone. Will just take 2 bottles. Thoughts?

hey guys, I have now had to replace 2 rear rims (Crest MK3) on my cannondale scalpel and would like to replace the rims with something better. Just looking at rims or if a complete wheelset is a better option, then that. Not sure on budget yet but don't want to break the bank. So lets assume max R10k. What would you suggest i look at?

I did it last year on a gravel bike with 35mm tyres. Hands took a hammering on the jeep track on the way but totally worth it if you have practiced with jeep track and the gravel bike.

I have that model. Got it for my 30th birthday i think. I love the technic sets. My favourite one is the unimog. But sadly having kids now means that the technic sets for daddy are no longer going to happen as frequently.

Looking forward to doing this 24hr again. Although as a solo this year and raising funds to help a mate pay cancer bills. This really is a awesome event and totally fun!
