  2. I'm 168cm too. Mens bike = 50, Ladies bike = 51. The 54 is way too big and will do more harm than good. Been down that road............ Sell your bike and treat her to a brand new one! She deserves it!
  3. Don't let that gorgeous face fool you! Woke up to 2 (1.5m) palm trees with no branches....... lying flat on the ground as she was playing tug of war with them. Found the branches inside her kennel along with about 4 lemons (we have a lemon tree), my brooms head, (were is the handle?) and a tshirt that went missing of the washing line yesterday.
  4. Hubby did his first Argus on a Game "special" MTB in 3:15

Wow, what a hard day in the saddle! Started in YY at 8.45 and our group (648) was huge! Avoided a crash HALFWAY up Wynberg Hill , whole row of riders going down infront of me. Wind was ok untill we hit Fishhoek. Was quite a struggle passing the slower riders untill we reached Smitswinkel. Going down Scarborough was a breeze trying to make up for lost time. Chappies I climbed without any hassles, but boy oh boy, going down to Houtbay was terrifying! Was hopping sideways as the windgusts was blowing me around like a ragdoll. Loved being blown up Suikerbossie, and then going down Llandudno I had to pedal or I would come to a dead stop. By that time I was "in my moer". Up side is I managed a 40min improvement from last year, but man, I am so sore this morning. So, all in all a very eventfull day. Also so proud of my dad who did his first Argus at age 60, and managed a 4:49! And ofcourse hubby doing a fantastic 3:06. Taking a 2 month break from cycling, and getting ready for the 2 Oceans, and Safari half Marathon's. See ya all next year!
  10. I use Miracle Magnesium, the roll on one. Saw their stand at the Expo in the Exit hall this morning. Really Works for me.! Also went to a chiro on Monday who did my knee/hip alignment since I too struggle with knee issues. I can now walk up stairs and down stairs without ANY pain!

Maybe I'm having a very blonde moment here. Mine won't work. It's a protected worksheet, and asks for a password?

Does anyone have the timesheet where it states if you want to ride x amount of hours, you have to reach certain stages on the route by x time? Can't find it on their website. Thanx!
