    the longer the crank length the lower the seat hight. the lower the seat hight the smaller the hip angle to your leg to at the top of the peddeling cycle. these points are more important to remember. as a new bike fit might be in order.

    when technicians get there and asses the situation they will leave to go find the problem elsewhere, never to return with a solution.

    my 2c worth. I just purchased the Conti-Mountain king TR (tubeless ready) and what a night mare. I had to internal patch a number of places on both tires as manufacture was of a shody quality. I will never purchase Conti again. Back to Maxis UST's for me

    I don't think its jumping the gun I think it was just a heads up question? there was no slating of the site just a question. Good on the site to find the HUB and to make the corrections, we all live and learn.

    the underlying issue is that humans will do anything to be better than the guy next to them (keeping up with the Joanses, winning, fame, power etc) when money is involved and spotlight, then the temptation is greater. this drive will never go away, so we have to find another solution. in cycling or other team sports I think one solution would be. you play or ride as a team you die as a team. if one rider is caught doping then the entire team must suffer. this is harsh but it would force the team mates to keep tabs on his fellow team members as they effect his carrier.

    in all sporting events that I partake in there is an overall and then the categories. If you place in the overall you get the overall acknowledgment and then the category acknowledgements. with both Elites and U23 in the same race it should be shown that the U23's placed (because they did). Even in Golf at a pro am you can win being an amateur and placed on the podium, but you are not paid the prize money (another story). The juniors or U23's are the future for the sport and their achievements should be celebrated not brushed under the rug. I think that a second place prize in the Elites is just if not more motivation than only receiving the winner for U23's.

    WOW you go boys. this is brilliant. Louis is going to become the next sort after rider, even if he has signed for our local team. I just hope that he stays in future. if he ever moves I hope that it is for his cycling growth and not for the money. Louis you go boy. I said top 20 during the rest day I am holding thumbs and toes for a top 10 after yesturday.

    on another note, does this not push the hydraulic brakes into the peloton? way better stopping forces. my thoughts go out to the riders who crashed, crashing is never good.
