Hi guys Bought myself this repair stand for R599 at Mega Cycles in Bedfordview yesterday. Much cheaper than I could find it anywhere else! Even online! They had about 6 left in stock when I left. Thought I'd share this awesome deal.

Santos Beach is very safe to swim and 90% of the time small waves. (The harbour wall blocks the big swells from hitting the beach) You can swim up and down from Munroe's beach (next to the Yacht Club) to the first reef at the end of Santos Beach. The primary school (Park Primary) has a 25m pool. Not sure about accessing this during December holidays, but I can try and find out if you want.

Thoroughly enjoyed the race! Also very stoked with my time of 4:34. Took 55min off my 2012 time. Kudos to the organisers and all the companies running the waterpoints. Was great to get ice cold water/powerade/coke and ice at every point. Brilliant!

AFAIK you can do late entries at the expo on Saturday. R100 late entry fee.

Will be going Sunday morning. Looking forward to testing some of the merchandise.

Did the 60km route and enjoyed it. The last 20 was tough into the wind. Had a puncture with 25km to go which was less fun. Race was well organised, apart from the start. Just needed some better communication from the starter and all would have been fine. Otherwise had a great time.

Looking to do a road race close to home (Jhb) in Sep and/or Oct in preparation for 94.7 in Nov. Can anyone recommend a good organised race that's not too difficult?
