Ok, in all fairness to motorist, cyclist should not cycle as if they are the only people on the road and I include myself.

At least be aware of on coming traffic from both directions and make space, both sides of the road for the cars! It is common sense. I am not fighting or accusing anybody of anything, just stating the obvious and if you do not want to listen, tell your friends not to come running with tear filled eyes when you are killed by a motorist! I have said my piece and that is that, use it or lose it, it's up to you.

Well, I am a total outsider as I do not use this road. You guys, cyclists that use it regularly, brought this onto yourself. That road, or the bits I've seen on the pics does not lend itself to riding 2 and 3 abreast. So, shut up, or act up, the choice is yours. We know the rules of the road, cycle single file.

Well, I have not been to Groenkloof for a while. I was pleasantly surprised to see a lot of new singletrack. They also "fixed" some of the very bad bits and build some dam walls on some of the tracks. All in all, not a bad outing as far as I am concerned.

Chech the nuts that hold the bearings in place. They may be to tight. I am no expert though. Also check that your skewer is not to tight., but for Pete's sake, don't have it to lose! EX - PERT : Has been - drip under pressure.
