I had my bikes insured for out and about. That way at home as far as I know they were not insured, but as soon as I took to the road it was. Best to have it under lock and key all the time. That way the insurance have no leg to stand on.

Those table spoons with the nice unbent handles, ... use them.

I like the munchies way to much. So, my wife encourages me to ride.

I must say, Slaapstad, although one of the nicest places to ride, was not developed with sport (cycling) in mind. All those stegies where 2 cars can barely pass, eish. Go look at a modern city like Melbourne, designed around the sport person. Just my opinion.

Drafting is nice but very dangerous. I did it on Botha Ave, behind a truck going at 86km/h. Still got it on my Garmin. I chickened out cause the truck driver started weaving, I think trying to see me.
