Good luck. From personal experience I can say that dealing with the mental strain of doing the same hill over and over again is the hardest thing to deal with. We only had to do half your reps so prep yourself for the boredom

He is bound to current team for next thre years I think. The team has stated they would like to grow with him to world tour level. It will be interesting to see if they can pull that off and thus create a new team at that level. You woudl think there are some companies interested in throwing moeny behind the story.
