  1. Enjoyed the ride immensely, only used one and a half battery packs. Quite a difficult last few kilometers with Korfnek and all that mud just before the climbs. My bike was creaking and squeaking no end and gear changing was difficult. Think this race is a little tougher than TB. If all goes well we will definitely be back for more next year, a good get away weekend as well and good bumping into all the familiar faces in the street of Dullstroom all weekend long. 2. RIP Tumbles, so sad, condolences to his boys, mom and Kevin. Seems surreal, he lived an adventurous life..... Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  3. 200 on the waiting list..... Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  4. Have some of these available, R80.00 a pair, 3 or more free delivery anywhere in SA. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  5. Took me less than an hour to get it set up, just follow the video link in the beginning of this thread. Definitely worth it. Exodus is from the same developer as Genesis, their new version.
  6. Exodus works great and has a lot of movies and series to select from. Choose a SD stream instead of HD, works for me when stream is slower and I'm on a 4Mb line (not that it's what you get).
  7. Must be a Roux thing.
  8. I don't even have those.......yet.
  9. Bunch of thugs, hang my head in shame. Hope they will be held responsible for their deeds.
  10. Steyn.....on top of the Aussies.
  11. Next time this race is on I want to participate. My grandfather farmed in the area and we attended that NG church as children. My Dad would take us to that populierbos, there is a natural fountain in the area as well, will be a great trip, down memory lane. Keep us updated on the next one,
  12. Charlie, he never goes to bed unless he has his blanky.....
  13. Agree Vettes, all the pre tests hype from the Aussies that they have the best bowling attack, sadly, seems to be correct. Johnson is the best bowler at the moment by a country mile!
  14. Rambo, and you'll be sure this guy knew he bought a "stolen" bike?
  15. R 2500.00, wouldn't mind owning that, no matter what he did.
  16. Jan and Phillemon most definitely earned their top two positions, they are Exxaro Academy riders and train extremely hard. They will also be team mates at the Epic this year and will be pushing for a top 20 overall. Mark Frendo (third) is an Aussie elite rider working in the country for a few months, he rides with our club, Jan, Phillemon and the Exxaro guys while here. He is also the winner of last years 9 day stage Crocodile Trophy in Australia, the first Aussie to do so in 5 years: http://www.crocodile-trophy.com/index.php?id=51&tx_ttnews[tt_news]=41&cHash=9a195a1bf625acc5d0e041b6da651dd3 Had a chat to Jan on Sunday, he definitely did get off the bike in places where the mud was too thick to ride. Apparently one can not always believe what you hear.
