  3. Yes, you just export your .gpx from Strava, then upload a new activity on Endomondo by using that file. Works same both ways.

  12. My wife gets my vote for perseverance on the day. She started in batch HH just before 09h00 and finished at 16h30. I think she cried all the way from the dip at the N14 to the end. She says spectator encouragement helped her all the way to the end, they even went through her rucksack and fed her whatever was left in there. She just made the last cut off point and encouraged her to rather push through than be swept. She had a brain op in April and this was her first real long ride since being back in the saddle. Trots op jou my engel!
  13. Did my wife and I meet you at the Cyclelab hospitality tent at the end of the day? You did it on that purple single speed roadbike and horrendous tractor look alike shoes?
  14. Those salamis were fricken delicious....
  15. Wasn't a difficult track but it was fast and left one breathless, the wind made life difficult in some places (to me at least). Well organised race.
  16. Reminds me of X-mas on my grandparents farm in the North West, Sendelingsfontein. Fireworks were banned those years and my Dad would also "borrow" some dynamite from his employer and give us kids a spectacular firework show. My Oupa would get into the action as well and appear with his shotgun and fire a few shots into the air, our entertainment for the festive season
  17. www.photomarx.co.za, not all photos uploaded yet, keep looking.
  18. It's just a bastard trying to get them out of the cages......but they are good.
  19. Refilled at every single waterpoint, and poured all the water I had left in my bottles all over me. The hosedown at the river waterpoint was a winner , took a time out there, the guys manning this waterpoint were great.
  20. Was hot, bumpy, windy and sandy......but fun when done!
