Did the taxi driver mean to kill Burry? no he did not, was he wrong in what he did? Based on the evidence, Yes. Should he face the the consequences? Yes The law should be clear, and the outcome based on actions, not intentions, the onus is on the state to prove guilt and the taxi driver to prove innocence, all we are asking for is proper investigation and a fair trial, let the evidence speak, and wish that the law will take its course, we lost a hero, friend and national icon, it sucks, it still hurts like hell to not have Burry around, the least we can do is to ensure that justice is done in this case, but to have the case provisionally withdrawn is the slap in the face of Burry's legacy. I was tempted to buy some kit, I then thought "Will you feel like a knob in the kit cos you never rode the Epic? Yes I will, these events are marketed as special lifetime experiences, but they then trash their brand, if they have so much kit left over, then fire your marketing team!

I have claimed 3 times for bike related incidents from OUTsurance, a frame, R14,000, paid in 2 days, frame collected for destruction. Two sets of wheels, both times paid (R7500 & R5200) within 2 days, they never wanted to collect the wheels, I also claimed for MTB shoes that mu dog ate, they even sent me a big dog bone in the post with a message "give this to your dog, rather than your shoes" After the last set of wheels, they sent me an OUTsurance multitool, for "On the go repairs" Their rates are good, service is good and they did exactly what they advertised they would, I will not use anyone else.

What was I supposed to do? I thought a PM or a post in this thread was, all that was required, or did I cock it up?
