    I rode the Modders full red loop approximately a month ago, was the first time I had ridden it since the change in direction and probably my tenth ride at the reserve. I think the trail was superb, it was the proper tough ride as I have come to expect from Modders but I thoroughly enjoyed it! I ride a HT and the rest of our group all ride DS but I enjoyed the ride just as much as they did. I definitely prefer the reverse route and found the maintenance of the park to be fine, these overly manicured bike parks are making guys soft and then they expect every race they do to be the same HTFU (Harden The F$#*k Up) chaps. This is mountain biking.

    They are not winter gloves, I found that out the hard way. Was 3 deg at the start of our ride but great gloves when it warmed up. A mate of mine also riding on Saturday had the full winter gloves and was also really impressed with them.

    Ordered some Ride Farr Long Icon gloves last week Wednesday evening at around 9pm, I recieved them the Thursday at 2pm. Talk about phenomenal service!!! I did my first ride with them on Saturday at Hennops trails and will be ordering 2 more pairs this morning. Absolutely fantastic gloves. Well done guys!!

    The break is almost all the way round the seat tube but mostly where the top tube joins.

    Thank you very much for all the advice, I will do some further research and weigh up the pros and cons with regards to repair vs new (to me) frame.

    It is just strange to me, I have been riding with this post hieght for almost three years on this frame and the previous owner had it even further out? Is there a minimum your post should be inside the frame?

    My seatpost is out 220mm with 200mm still inside the frame

    Hahaha luckily this is not my 3rd replacement frame and it is fairly well used, there is absolutely nothing negative I can say about the Momsen brand. Is it Friday yet?
