  15. Would you allow your kids to bike to school. When I was in school the bike racks was so full if I didn't go to school early their was no place to park your bike. I bike to school everyday winter and in the rain. In my days I think their was less traffic and it was safer on the roads. I probably rode my bike 20Km a day to get to all the places I wanted to go. I was independent!
  16. I always get good services from Cajees Bedfordview They know me by my first name. I only had my bike serviced before the 94.7 had to take it back a few time for them to get it right. They have one bike mechanic that have some knowledge the rest are useless.

  23. a poor fit is soon going to show up in your knees.I agree when I started to spin with cleats I had a lot of problems with my knees and ankles, you can never get a perfect fit on a spin bike. Time getting to the gym is no problem for me takes me 6 min walking. The social element is great and the music is also cool makes you work harder. I am more of a visual person like to look at the scenery while cycling. Spinning indoors is not the best idea for me but with limited time and the safety aspect, its better for me to go to spin classes.
  24. Have anyone used a Wattbike for training, is it better than a spin bike. For me its better to go to spin classes that to sit alone on my trainer.
