  1. I still have an old Transvaal jersey but it feels a bit AWB to wear it, so as soon as I have a Bar at home I'll get it framed. I now have all 2012-2017 jerseys. So that would be 4 jerseys cause we didn't have one in "that year"
  2. So what's the view on Victor Matfield taking on the role of forwards coach at the Lions.
  3. I'm not too upset about the lions loss. Was a red card everyday of the week. What is bothering me is the mediocre team picked to represent SA in the Championship. How the hell does a coach pick Gelant over Combrink and DDA over Voster/Janse van Rensburg? Why is Loinel Cronje not there but you have an injured flyhalf, so you can "monitor his progress"? They can monitor is progress without making him part of the training group.
  4. Has anyone used uber to get to the stadium and back before? I usually pay for the expensive parking at Joburg stadium but this was sold out and I don't like park and ride busses.
  5. I will make you stand in the kitchen and watch me eat your tjoppie and then chase you away. I'm ok with people taking their dop home, though I usually leave whatever I don't have with the host, some people have expensive taste and I don't expect you to leave behind half a bottle of a R800 dop.
  6. Then I was wrong. You might enjoy a braai at my house.
  7. Not the kind you would attend. If I have made the effort of lighting a fire we will eat by 19:00. And if you come to my house for a braai you only bring your dop. We call it a "skilpad" braai because the term Bring-and-Braai has been basterdised into "bring jou kombuis saam".
  8. We do the same. Or some sticky honey rashers. My kids love crackling.
  9. En druk n f'n gat in my wors dan druk ek daai vurk in jou hol.
  10. We bought tickets on Sunday afternoon and the best tickets we could get was East Upper stand. We are in the middle though so better than behind the posts. All the "good" tickets were gone already.
  11. Pull out a gun and shoot the mofo...
  12. Problem is a few weeks later he got hold of a big Aromat container and sprinkled that all over the lounge and TV. The TV did chafe that time. My wife blames me...."These things never happen when I look after the kids"
  13. I have experienced the bum cream TV. It was a mission to clean.
  14. The one advantage CM has is that Floyd has never seen him box. He is also taking this fight very seriously as he hasn't been in the octagon for a while and he's been focusing on the boxing match. He might just have a little bit of a chance with that element of surprise. My money though is still on Money Mayweather.
  15. Yes please post the tracks. I find it very interesting.
  16. And at the size of the creatures he pulled out I wouldn't blame you.
  17. It depends. If they do that in the Breede river where there are actual sharks, I would *** myself.
  18. Connor sparring with Chris van Heerden. Make up your own mind.
  19. Those okes are gonna cry. Mitch don't take anyone's ***.
  20. The difference being that if the log was sorted according to points the Lions would remain in second and the Stormers would move down to 8th.
  21. That first jump claimed a lot of skin at Nationals. Especially in the younger classes.
  22. I do Pork belly quite often. Season well and then seal the meat in a pan on the stove at very high heat. i have a double oven so I put it in the bottom at 150 for around 4 hours. When it's been in for about 3h40min I switch the other oven on max heat on the grill setting and then transfer the belly uncovered to the top for about 10 min. Nice crackling and succulent tender meat. Remember that pork belly has a very high fat content so it's not easy to dry it out and 10 min at max heat is too short for the temp to penetrate the meat and dry it out.
  23. I didn't see any bra
  24. Try find a Bell dealer. Got my eldest helmet at Cajees in Fourways when he was 18 months. His little brother just started using it and he is very small. At 21 months he only weighs 10kg's
  25. I got my son a bell Tater helmet when he was 17months old and it adjusted really well. He is 4 now and still uses it. I'm not sure about the specific ones you are referring to but I definitely recommend bell as a brand for kids
