    Beach road to hout bay...hill repeat Suikerbossie...cycle home! It is a pity that such a beautiful route was devastated by fire, but there is still loads of good riding in the area. Plus, using Ou Kaapse Weg is not ideal, but OMG you guys are going to get so strong! BONUS

    I once steamrolled a smoker that walked into the bike lane without looking. After he scraped his sorry self of the tar he approached me like he wanted to fight. Then he saw how how big was and that I was wearing gloves and a helmet

    Agreed! We need to increase our numbers. Sad thing is I know people that own bikes, live within 5 to 15 km to work and still use their cars. When I ask them why, the excuses are juvenile!

Integrated aero seat mast including Ritchie adjustable mast cap. The mast must be cut to length, but is adjustable up to 2 cm with included shim set. Aluminum head tube insert for 1 1/8” integrated headset. Seat tube bottle cage mount. Accepts all standard bicycle components. Custom selection of woods.

    Ive been battling with smoking for years. Mostly because I like smoking! But since I quite smoking Ive noticed an increase in performance. The only time I dont miss smoking is when Im riding. So I keep riding
