  1. You sideload (UhOh) the XpressVPN app onto your Mibox and run it from there. I do exactly that PM me if you need help. Sideloading meand you go and download the XpressVPN android app (APK file) from a PC or even a phone. Then copy that over to your MiTV and run install on it. Voila - you will have the XpressVPN app and can run your settings from there. https://www.expressvpn.com/support/vpn-setup/app-for-android/
  2. OK, I suppose it depends on your setup. I just have an android box (MiTV) and can change vpn locations from the installed app. If I had to access the router I would have to switch on my laptop and access it that way. For me, that's a pain.
  3. Problem with that is that you can't change IP addresses as easily as with a VPN. Sometimes content is available in one location and not another or Netflix recognises you are using a VPN. With a VPN it is a matter of just choosing another location whereas with a DNS it's more of a job to reconfigure your router. Horses for courses..

  5. Don't go back.... It's a slippery slope filled with marketing and free coffees and before you know it you'll have bought a leather jacket, bandanna, some dark shades and will be getting tats and growing a ponytail. And you won't be able to go around corners, let alone do another u-turn.

  7. Spokey, A friend of mine has a guesthouse in George and has offered me free accommodation. I may ride up there sometime in the next couple of months and if I do I will try to contact you to arrange a ride. Are you a member of wilddogs?
  8. you guys... Remind me of this: Blackadder: Baldrick, have you no idea what "irony" is? Baldrick: Yes, it's like "goldy" and "bronzy" only it's made out of iron.

Yes maybe but I would imagine that's too late and must surely be a big distraction. Although better to have it automated. Imagine if they forgot to reset it? And yes you're right, the footage I was showed it being activated while exiting a corner.

I watched an analysis of it last night. Yes, they use a mechanical system because anything hydraulic or electronic is banned. I Watched footage of Jack coming out of a corner and dropping the suspension in 2 very noticeable steps. I have to admit that I was a bit confused but think that means that the benefit is on the straight with reduced drag and weight transferred backwards. I assume then that he jacks it back up at the end of the straight or just before that. I can imagine all the others working on it as we sit here...

  19. Worrying that CPT isn't equipped to handle such things. Makes me wonder: What else they can't do? Does this affect only Turkish? Is CPT adequately resourced?

  21. Long, long ago I went on a school trip to the Drakensberg. We stayed at friends of our teacher in Estcourt and were taken on a trip to that factory. The steam, noise and general "industrialness" of it left a huge impression on me of how industry works. Thanks for reviving that memory.
