  11. Anyone else here who used to add caster oil to their tank to get the "Racing fuel" smell of a 2-stroke? It did eventually, however, glue up my piston rings.
  12. Pienaar Brothers in Paarden Eiland also have a big range for industrial work. I tried some, similar to those above and they didn't work for my ears. I think ear shape is a factor.
  13. I bought some cheapos from Dischem (picture later) and some expensive ones called NoNoise from Flying Brick. I alternate them. The Dischem ones work better (Insert them cutoff end first) as they block out most noise but the No Noise are OK for shorter trips.

    I noticed it. The gap came down towards the end of the race. I'll see if I can find the gaps by lap..

    I saw an interesting fact: Apparently Binder went slower or faster, trying to slow Marquez down enough to allow Luthi to catch and overtake him, increasing Binder's Championship chances. It didn't work but shows his clear strategic thinking while racing. Smart cookie and good rider..

    Steven, you looked at this before. Isn't it perhaps true to say Binder does well at anti-clockwise tracks?

    Listening to Keith Huewen commentary yesterday. He said that apparently when Marquez hit the ground his body experienced 26G. That's enough to warrant a checkup even if you feel fine. I know he does yoga, stretching and various strength exercises and I'm sure that all helps. He acknowledged that some time back
