I took my bike to Cycle Lab, and asked them to please check my gears. I had some gear slipping that I could not get Two bike shops to fix, I thought The Lab could help for they sounded more pro. The machanic told me my chain need to be replaced, The chain was only 1 week old did about 150Km. They could not fix the bike, after taking it bak to my LBS. they replaced the rear deralluer and booom, fixed, the rear deralluer was bent and nobody picked it up. I NOW SERVICE MY BIKE !!!!!!!!!!

Wobbles, Bike setup does not only mean, you get set on your bike for hight and distance only. A good setup will check the way you peddal, cleat setup and they way your feet fits inside the shoes (the angle of your ankles), and if you move your seat fw and you ride hills? this is not good. I did a cycle lab computer setup and it worked for me. You need to always strech!!! before and after any form of bike ride, (casual or race) This can be a tough one I hope you get some other advice
