Can you cancel your Vitality and stay on the Discovery medical aid? I wanted to take a dependant off Vitality as he doesn't utilise it or gain any benefit from it but was told that the Vitality and medical aid are linked. So the only way you can remove someone from Vitality is to remove them from the medical aid. This doesn't sound right as I pay a seperate fee for Vitality membership on top of my medical aid fees. Anyone have a similar experience or did I speak to the wrong Disco consultant?

I still have another year of exercising to avoid monthly payments on an apple watch with the old disco credit card. I'm not seeing any benefit in moving to Disco Bank as they don't offer the rebate banking I currently have with ABSA (Minimum balance = zero bank charges). Anyone know if my card will retain it's status quo i.e, FNB card in Disco clothing, or will I have to settle the watch balance? can't find any info on their website.

We also have a steam driven version of Firefox (19.0.2) which allows me to log in at least but its not optimum. Unfortunately our IT dept know what is best for employees and only allow us to browse in the dark ages.

I use the trail grading to compare trails at the same venue i.e. a blue trail at Conties will be easier than a black at Hoogekraal as they are both in Tygerberg. The trail gradings at Tokai, Jonkers etc are not established by the same "panel" so we shouldn't be comparing apples with pears. Just read my own post and I sound like Captain Obvious?
