My take on the matter is that it is Illegal NOT TO STOP at all!! If you are a lady traveling to the Gym at 5am, please stop at the red light and ONLY proceed when safe!!!! Not stopping at all runs the risk if hitting or killing someone and is a stupid thing to do!!
