  1. Don't be a pussy. Murder that 34t!
  2. Any of you guys know anyone who would want to sponsor a rigid single speed team for next year? I suppose it could get quite a bit of attention.
  3. Shame man! Such a pity. I would be beyond bummed.
  4. It's good to start with a 32x20. I run a 33x20. As you get stronger you'll maybe want to move to a 19t. Oh, I'm on a 29er. I ride Jonkers,Tokai, Tygerberg trails (dorsberg) and Table Mountain on mine. It's tough, but very rewarding, I love it!
  5. Oh, Hairy. You're a man after my own heart! Here's Bone Saw
  6. I'm not a gynae... Well at least not yet.
  7. Pieter, my ou maat. Flippen ordentlike ry ding! Nee, ek praat nie van 'n Ford nie. All you need is a carbon fork on that beaut!
  8. She needs a name. Any suggestions?
  9. Bra... Makes me worry about my carbon Niner fork coming down Jonkers...
  10. While he was giggling and I was on the ground, he kicked my foot and snickered if I felt that...
  11. This was me on the 1st of May this year. Fractured the left transverse process of my 3rd Lumbar vertebra.
  12. It's the wider bars guys...
  13. That rear triangle though! So short!
  14. If we come build do we still have to pay entrance?
  15. I would LOVE to put FLOW's on my Pyga... When my ARCHEs give in
  16. Finally, an OP with some sense!
  17. 90g difference? Really?! Can't believe you're actually getting your gonads in a twist over this. It's simple. Get the stronger stuff. It'll last longer, save you money and the whopping extra 180g will make you 180% faster.
  18. Who is responsible? Would be lekker to show them some gratitude.
  19. Dad said I don't have to pay him back for this beauty if I pass 2nd year medicine. Enjoying riding it so much looks like I'll have to start forking out... Thanks to Will the Anaesthetist and Revolution Cycles! Rev Cycles know how to look after their customers! Oh ja, I really need a dropper post to complete my setup. Can anybody help/point me in the right direction?
  20. I just bought a pair of Giro's, the ones with the black and red laces. Been for one hectic ride and considerable amounts of walking with them in Jonkershoek today and they are perfect! I had Olympics too (for 5 years and still good) but they're much heavier (not that I'm much of a weight-weenie) and the bulky, plastic ridges on the sole are utterly horrible for walking/climbing off the bike - I would not be surprised if someone broke their ankle wearing them! If you're in Cape Town, pop into Revolution Cycles in town. Those guys have superb client service (as well as quite a few cool other options).

    Help

Fill a pot, heavy, with water. Turn the stove onto the highest heat. When hot, place rotor on stove and pot on top of rotor. Give it a chance to flatten and check on it frequently until you think it is flat as a pancake. Please don't hold me liable if it stuffs up your stove. It didn't damage the stove when I did it, but your rotor turns interesting colours and sort of black eventually, which I don't think changes back to its original colour. That's a how a student does it.
