  1. I have been using Kenda Karma for some time now. No problems until Saturday morning, 45 minutes before the start of the Lion Man at Mabalingwe. I noticed that I had a serious de-lamination problem and had to put a tube in. No further problem during the race. I am replacing the tyre though.(R383.00)

  7. My biggest fear: Not being able to ride my Mountain Bike anymore. When that happens I think I may go mad, if I haven't already done so. Of all the things I have lost, I miss my mind the most.

  12. I did the conversion just over a year ago. Ordinary rims. Kenda Karma tyres and Stan's conversion kit. Should have done it years ago.
  13. Rather Zim than CT .... Ja with Zim you can go further north....................... with slaapstad you have the cliffs ....Or a long swim to Australia.
  14. ANC Youth League loses the plot. I don't think that they ever had the plot in the first place.
  15. I currently ride a 2 1/2 year old Marin Mount Vision Pro which does not seem to be particularly heavy. In my view it is a great bike. I have previously had 9 year old Mount Vision and a 5 year old Mount Vision . Both still good bikes.
  16. Probably a 4 bar linkage. A 4 bar linkage does NOT necessarily mean MORE maintenance. I Agree with The Crow on this. Go with the Pivot. Far superior. The Mach is definitely NOT a 4 bar linkage' date=' it's a DW link design. [/quote'] What system is the MARIN.??

  18. PEDRO'S BIKE LUST. The perfect way to love your ride Silicone polish can be used on the bike frame and key parts to protect against UV rays, add shine and buff out scratches. Lust includes a biodegradable cleaner to remove light amounts of grime from frames. Repeated usage builds a protective surface that makes future cleaning easier. Can even be used on tires to help shed mud. http://www.pedros.com/product.aspx?productID=6060121 http://www.pedros.com/products_bikecare.htmjagwil2009-05-11 14:04:27
