I have never actually had BAD service from any of the shops I have been to. EPIC CYCLES DOORNKLOOF FRITZ PIENAAR HATFIELD WESTRAND CYCLES KRUGERSDORP FRITZ PIENAAR IRENE I think a lot of it has to do with the attitude of the customer. If the customer is unreasonably DEMANDING and always finding fault I am afraid that he/she is unlikely to get top service. If the customer is always friendly, understanding and does not expect the impossible he/she will always get friendly excellent service in return. My experience anyway. There was a thread a few weeks ago about a frame repair. I can't remember whether it was an aliminium frame. The repair looked very professional.
