  1. Look on rackncarry 's website. They have a wide selection of brand and models available. I like the Menabo racks, they are well priced as well. Happy shopping.
  2. Waaaaat????? Net R999? Vir die platform carrier? Bargain van die jaar.
  3. Hi everyone Do any hubbers own one of these? I see they are going for a very good price, and I need a rack for my Subaru Outback. I have two MTB's that I need to take with me everywhere, and I will do lots of gravel roads on the way. Are these racks durable? Any issues with them. Thank guys I appreciate the help. http://www.bicyclepower.co.za/Portals/0/BPT%20Images/Racks/Thelma_Rear_View_Up_sized.jpg
  4. Hi JJBoth What brand carrier is that in the pic? I need to buy a platform rack before Dec, I only have 2 bikes. Those BNB racks are too bloody heavy! Is yours a bit lighter?
  5. Nucking futs!!!!! I downloaded the whole comp from RedbullTV, it is the pinnacle of sickness.
  6. Cool shiz! Awesome project, are you a mech engineer? The welding jigs also pose some interesting challenges. please keep me up to date on your progress.
  7. Love these guys! They have a super chill vibe to them.
  8. Seriously shweet design, I hope they bring out an enduro/trail bike soon.........I think its time to speak to the boss 'bout that raise.
  9. Now ur talking! I have always wanted to build frames for bikes, motorised kind as well. I have designed and manufactured extended A-arms for my Suz LTR450 before. Just think that I will have to practice TIG welding Alu for a few months before I attempt to build a frame. Also the angles and lengths are too much for me. Will just copy a design like you said.
  10. Thanks Flowta! I like to drool over the engineering of bikes like these......
  11. Shizer thats hot! Whats the brand of the bike? Sorry cant make it out.

  15. Hi everyone! Can anyone tell me if there is a Teva agent in SA or a shop that sells Teva shoes? Thanx!!!!!
  16. Sounds great! So now you can travel abroad and still have a shweet trail/AM bike waiting for you at home. Best of luck with the purchase, post some pics when you have it.
  17. Sh!te man, that is very sad to hear. Stuff like that always happens to me. I must agree with you that 35K on your first AM bike is a lot to spend! You will never regret investing some time and money into travelling, that is a very clever outlook. I wish you all the best with the scoping for a bike.....BTW what bike are you going to have a look at?
  18. Aaah crap! Sorry to hear. What happened?

    First AM Bike

I bought a brand new 2012 Stumpy 26" in April for R13250. Best thing that I have bought in years!!!! I love it, and I think Spez is an awesome brand!
  20. I'm with you on that hehe. I'll give it a week.....maybe....max. Then I will have to go for either Loaded AMX or Haven.
  21. Yeah I love the Haven stem, but it is a bit pricey though. Soooo many choices but not many options, either bit pricey or no stock. Its just impossible to wait when one wants to buy new components......Damn! Must be patient
  22. I dont really care about what how well the combination looks. I dont want to rush and buy the gold stem, and in a weeks time Dial'd has black DMR's back in stock for instance. In the end I dont really give a rats arse!
  23. Hehehe! I ride with flats n baggies as well so there is no point at worrying about pedal stroke for me. Nice bike and I must say the gold goes well with the rest of the package! I might still consider......
  24. Thats very reasonable! I will have a look at Superstar's products, and have them give me a quote with shipping. It is nice to get stuff from the UK, as the shipping isn't bad and shipping doesn't take too long. Thank you dimsum!
