    I always read about the weight limit on the crests. I have mine for three years and for most of that time i was between 92 and 96 kilos (down to 86 at the moment ) Granted i don't do serious rough riding I never had one days problem with mine. I never even had to true them

    Does it not pick up at all? Try another usb port, make sure your usb drivers are up to date. Does it not pick up inside certain programs eg fittrack, sporttrack? Make sure you downdloaded garmin communicator plugin and it is active
