  1. Het julle enige idee hoeveel studente-porn vernietig n vuur soos daai?
  2. Lekker Lekker!! Jou arme spanmaat gaan nou sukkel om by te hou
  3. bruce, peter, ditto on the notes, especially the ppt Otherwise, VERY informative. WKO is a very handy tool to measure one's progress in terms of training and performance. Definately worth the money. Now all repeat after me: "Training is testing, testing is training"
  4. Specialized - have a special insert on the outer palm section. Available from most LBSs

  10. Haai my skat hier sit ek en dink dat jy my nie raaksien nie!? Ook? Watter een v d Village People is jy? Asb se die construction worker!?
Kyk vir Mammie daar agter - die wange gloei sommer so. Jammer hulle *** so af teen die bult.....
  12. Factual correction - the decision to have enough ironically co-incided with the comms decision to take us off the road. Kindof like "Get off the road" "NO! I refuse to ride any further under these conditions"
  13. What a funny day... on the day that Robbie arrives back from his (and SA's) greatest Tour ever, Ryan passes away. Very ironic in bittersweet way.

  16. Our most sincere condolences to his family and fiancee. You were taken from us in your prime, may the Lord's reason and will comfort your family. SA Cycling may take years to fill your space, you were a true pioneer. This is how we will remember him, SA Champ, founder member of TBW: http://www.news24.com/Images/Photos/2007080108385601_Cox220.jpg Photo: News24.com Hannes & Lize WesselsMan with no name2007-08-01 03:35:14
  17. Julle.... actually by ONS kom kuier?
  18. Pantani, obviously everyone will punt a different brand - its like asking what bike you must buy. Best advise I can give you is to go to a place like Kameraz or Universal Image (ask for Norman at Fourways) and let them give you a demo on the Nikon, the Canon and the new Sony Alpha and make up you own mind. Any questions PM me. If you want to come by one evening, PF and I will be happy to give you a quick intro and demo on our cameras.
  19. yup!!! Open long=lot of light entering = night shots! Open short= less light=action/sports shots!! Net so, but with the sport shots you want a SLR that has a high "repetition rate" ie how many shots per second. I think the 400 D does 3 shots per second, which is quite lekker. The pics where people are drawn out are called panning shots, specifically if the object is in focus and the background is dragged out. Lots of fun - c'mon, you can do it!
  20. Pantani, SLR's are the only "medium" if I can call it that where you can (reliably) change lenses, change your aperture and shutter speed manually while at the same time having the option to mik and druk. The 400D is the best value for money at the moment, but is not much better than the 350D. Mampara has it right in terms of the two C's- Canon and Cannondale - two great brands (although you will probably argue that Cervelo and Colnago also starts with a C). You can't go wrong with a Canon, although I must admit the Nikons are very good cameras. Choice really. If you can afford it, go SLR. Digital zoom is a hype and not worth it. However, most of the Sony mik and druks on the market is perfect if you want to take the occasional pic, and then slip it back in your pocket. Where to buy - Gooi a draai at Kameraz in Rosebank before you go anywhere else, even if its just for advice. They have a lot of very good second hand stock, especially lenses and the guys in the shop are all professional photographers. I have bought quite a bit of stuff there for my wife.
  21. Hope there is no permanent damage to his heart muscles... recover soon boet
