My latest feedback: Bought a new pair of wheels on CRC. Ordered last week Tuesday, paid for Parcel Force shipping. Wheels dispatched on Wed, arrived in RSA on Sunday morning delivered to my office this morning. So that is less than a 7 days. Pretty good.

And I agree, the bike is awesome! Even the sram components are great, and haven't given me any problems. The actual ride is superb and even though it's got quite an aggressive geometry (according to sample =1), you dont need to be going at 10 tenths to enjoy it.

Slow down there Captain Yes, I've got them on my 2012 Giant XTC 29er. And I agree with you that the stopping power is great (and there is a highly likely chance I weigh more than you) My issue is the noise they make. Yes, I've bled them, and bled them and fiddled, all to no avail. So if you can suggest something, I'm all ears.

The one thing I'll say is that the brakes can only be better than the crap on the 2012 one. And I prefer the 2012 paint job.

Has anyone managed to argue with Customs if they charged you incorrectly? i.e. you only had 1 article of clothing, but the rest of the package attracted 40%?

Do DHL orders really come that much quicker? anyone used them?

one thing to be aware of though, I've seen one with paint peeling off. But if you are buying from a dealer, no problem.

It is about a year old, nothing in particular caused it to stop working, just tried it out yesterday and it doesn't turn on. I've opened it up and there are no apparent wires not connected.

I've got the generic light (MJ 808) and it is not working. Are there any normal reasons for this that I can fix myself? any ideas?
