  1. And a class action law suite from the families against the killer for all loss and pain suffered?
  2. You are not alone. My beloved 2013 hand-me-down Silverback Dual is kaput. I did at least 2 races every month - I have not cycled the last 10 months. I do not have the financial means to replace it. Am I an imposter? It sure feels so. I still shave my legs...
  3. https://www.onedayonly.co.za/bose-quietcomfort-35-series-ii-120919.html Unfortunately, a parralel import....
  4. https://www.cyclingsa.com/track-cycling-press/2019/9/5/gert-fouche-smashes-sa-national-track-record-once-again Worth a mention. Well done
  5. The UCI couldn't stop mechanical doping, so they just made a category for it
  6. Pfft... my heart rate goes 210... So it was really just a sunday afternoon ride then for them.
  7. Hi. Has anyone gone the Openserve route with Telkom? How is the LIT TV Box? Is it compatible with all LED tv's? I do not have a smart tv - only LED HD flatscreens

  9. The story of Johannesburg starts in 1886 with the discovery of gold. As prospectors from around the world flooded in to seek their fortunes, what had once been farmland was transformed in the space of a few years into a thriving city. 10. It is about time that some of the men stepped up to Nino. Nino has by far been the best mtb racer for a long time. And still, he is an amazing athlete. It is good for xco that new talent comes through
  11. Ag no. That is an honest mistake to make. Unlike that other lady that celebrated her win with Vos (?) passing her on the line.

  13. Hi Cois Name and shame the recruiter. As simple as that. Do it on social media as well. She is ignorant, pompous and arrogant. Due process in reporting her will not work. Who gives her the right to attempt to humiliate you.
  14. You know that **** that cuts you off on the highway when driving to work? Yeah, he is a cyclist too. An ignorant and pompous attitude is unrelated to the circumstances and social setting

Thanks, didn't realize there is a difference. Best way to explain - Hank Mcgregor on open flat water (LOL). I am a complete novice - it has been double-digit years since I was last near a canoe/kayak. I stay now in an estate in Harties right by the water. And it is calling

Howzit guys. What would you suggest for flat water/dam rowing? There is very little info on the interweb about rowing. I came across the Jacana K1. Is this worth it?
  19. Exactly my experience, the following week I had the base VW Polo Vivo hatch as rental. Man, it just felt so familiar. The gear ratios, the accelaration when needed, road holding, the interior.... Anyway, each have their preferences. Good luck with the decission you have to make. If you not happu with the salesman, speak to his principle. If still not happy, take it up with the big bosses. Even throw in some social media....
  20. I would stay clear of the i20. I drove one the other day as a rental. It had 15000km on, the clutch was crap. The gear ratio's are very short between 1-2,2-3. You need to ref it hard to get some power from it. And at 120km/h it is loose on the road
  21. Good day. I was previously employed in the life insurance sector at a large insurance house only for a year and a bit. I resigned on 15 December 2018. This week I found out that my resignation was never processed, and only went through in May 2019. There is a loan that was made to me for a laptop, and certain employee benefits were debitted during my employment. These were still debitted, and accumulated interest until May. They want me to sign Acknowledgement of Debt without re-calculating/crediting what has accumulated until May. What action can I take?
  22. Alternatively, he has tested positive yet again. And has been forced to withdraw/retire. The team then decided to fake a crash. Pretty much the same as the mysterious illness Pierre Spies had back in the day when he just disappeared from the rugby scene... The above photo just shows he has an eina elbow. No IV, no monitor, no neckbrace... you would expect someone that has broken so many bones as they say he did, to have multiple bruises and scrapes.
