Airborne. First remove all and any stickers. use a fine(use a 160 or higher sand paper) Wipe down with thinners or alcohol( NOT VODKA) Mask off ALL areas you DON"T want painted, take your time with this.....it's all in the preparation. Spray with primer using a consistent fluid motion.....kinda like flowing single track, or the paint WILL run, rather spray 2 fine layers. Allow to dry. Sand again with ultra fine sand paper, above 160. WIPE ALL CRAP OFF with tack cloth. NOW with the new color spray with fine layers repeating after drying until you have the finish you want. NOW spray with clear coat. For BEST results use automotive paints.........TAKE YOUR TIME!!!! Good luck.

Weight gained on the bike.....muscle......is GOOD, even if you have to carry it up hills.....it's active muscle, used to push the bike forward AND up1 Muscle gained from weight training is harder to get over those climbs....it's just DEAD weight. Rather focus on a BMi or body measurement system and see where you are losing and gaining. Last year 96kg This year, 6 months later, 85kg. Waist from 38 to 34. Suikerbossie...17min bottom to top, now 11min. Keep riding. Sub 3 coming up!

I ride a Felt Virtue 1, which I bought from Sterling AKA Revolution cycles. Always had a smile and a deal.
