  1. I haven’t unfortunately. I am sure the colour you have bought is amazing, knowing how good 3T’s paint colours pop. Below is the colour I don’t like. What were they thinking. Maybe it’s the retro thing ( which I am not a fan of) but it’s fugly in photos.
  2. That’s soooo pretty????. Not a fan of the funny green / brown colour .
  3. At least if you run 32 tyres you will have a yard of space either side on the max ????
  4. Absolutely agree whole heartedly . The entry behind the stem fades quickly and you don’t even notice it . The versatility , quality and flat out speed more than compensate for this less than perfect solution.
  5. Have always fancied a round there, now I think it’s a must ????
  6. A golf course ( chip & put) in the middle of nowhere . Always amazes me. And circus brunch with the wife . Brilliant gravel ride this morning.
  7. I find it comfortable. It’s obviously not a Niner steel. But it sure ain’t harsh. It’s speed puts a smile on my face every time I ride it. only reason it’s stood for 3 weeks is an otb on my mtb and some bloody sore metacarpal bones. I love love love this bike .
  8. Not fugly, well maybe from the pics. Once seen in the flesh ????
  9. Can’t wait to see pics. Perfect bike for Euro winter ???? That would be my next 3T , no doubt????
  10. Shot, remember watching this now. Quite impressive. Might add it to my ad . Thanks mate ????
  11. Have spoken to him , thanks ????
  12. Was looking for the video. Would you mind posting a link to the video .
  13. I think I have read they build to mtb standards . As in there structure and strength . yeah I know , bought a medium stupidly . Doesn’t seem as if anybody else likes them though .
  14. Thanks , was undecided about the British racing green at first . But absolutely love it now .
  15. My Cooper . Di2 with Xtr rear derailleur. Fitted some new 650b x 47 vittoria tyres 3 weeks ago. Hopefully test them this week. Right shifter down and left shifter up . The bike is amazingly fast, way faster than its servant . Absolutely love this bike ✊
  16. And it will actively be investigated, not file 13. Motrobikes and machetes and then able to offload a R10k team bike ( I presume ) so well organised .
  17. What an absolutely entertaining and captivating read. You clearly have the grit needed to do this type of event . I have often wondered if I have what it takes , if I could deal with the sleep deprivation and have the mindset to “keep on keeping on” when everything around you is alien, your body aches like it has never done before and your brain/ mind is so foggy that you start hallucinating. You story is truly inspirational . Massive kudos on the achievement and medal ????
  18. Down the road . Farmer Ben’s @NotSoBigBen place ????

    947 Ride Joburg

My last race I did was 94.7 2018 before leaving SA for while . So got no idea what they will do with my seeding . It is what it is, am just happy to ride in the warm sunshine ☀️ and participate ????
  20. It’s a fairly popular road for road cyclists. There is a main road that runs parallel to it so traffic is very limited. It’s links a lot of different routes locally . I do avoid the road sometimes if I can and don’t do long stretches of it to often. The wkd it’s a popular road for club rides . But then they have a vehicle behind them. Must say we are pretty fortunate in the south to have lots of wide shoulders and pretty empty roads with lots of gravel routes that link to the tarmac . We just don’t have awesome views ????
  21. As Frosty said . Barley a car passes you. Wouldn’t have any worries about it all @nsbb and I ride out that side often , road and gravel rides .
  22. Today : skinny tyres. Was very tempting to stop in for some banana bread & coffee, could almost taste it ????. But wasn’t convinced about riding home after. Next time, need to plan better.
  23. Yesterday: fat road tyres doing road duty ????
  24. Sick to my stomach.Life clearly is way to cheap. It makes my blood boil to think nothing will happen to the driver. RIP
