    sorry i meant over R300 for the race - its R345 which is really getting a bit ridiculous.

    and i think its poor form by Team Vitality to only have the races updated until March 21. I want to enter Emperor's Palace Classic and entries close on March 28, its over R400 which i think is very high and I would like to know if I am getting cash back before I enter. Have told them to get with it!

    I have the same problem at Power Performance Centre, they use Cycleops Virtual Training, and i dont know what to do (they havent been helpful).

    New sponsor is great news for all. Just fire the KAP communications team for this shocking release...zero gees for the MTB, sounds like a regurgitated corporate comms release. Sounds like this is a BEEE deal so the sponsors benefit from it. No problems there!

    But this is pathetic so many people have been scammed by him and we have all his details. No one cares enough to open a case with the police and sit on the phone til you find the right cops to help My friends here in bedfordview paid him five grand deposit for a bike that never materialised.

    Just been told by a riding mate that his friends were bike jacked at gun point near stern city today. I have no further info (haven't asked any questions).

    I had a clicking noise from my back wheel in dec on a long ride. Ignored it and by end of the ride I was on a fixxie the freehub disintegrated.

    So sorry if this is a doff question but this means they will ride Epic as Team Spur and try win the mixed title, but what is the prize money for that? Competition at the 2016 Epic will be much more muted with many pros opting to concentrate on the Olympics. I asked Erik when his "lovely wife" was coming back to SA when I saw him at Ashburton Dullstroom event and he replied me "the problem is, shes not my lovely wife anymore". It is very sad.
